No H.I.V please!!

Well it seems a man has knowingly given 4 people the H.I.V virus and was convicted and now he wants the courts to appeal his conviction. Well the courts say no and applaud them. I feel this man is a killer since he knew he had the virus and gave it to these 4 people that didn't want the virus. The courts sentenced him to 50 years and he should have gotten life without parole.
