Can't we all get along....

I am posting a topic that I hope will get some response from some of the readers I have daily. I have been on my new job for 4 months now and in this time I have seen alot of different cultures. See I am a manager of a bowling center and work 3rd shift there. On weekends its very busy, usually 50 to 52 lanes going around 1am. In this day and age it seems to me that people arent getting along in this world like they should. Well on weekends at the bowling center with all these lanes going we do have a bunch of different cultures. We have whites, blacks laotions, mexicans, lesbains, gays Japaneese. chineese and many more. With all these people together in one area and most of them do drink they get along very well and respect each other. Why is it that people in general in this world cant get along like this?
