POOR CHILDREN HAS ROSE TO 12.9 MILLION

I have been doing some research online about poverty since I am involved in this children's Christmas fundraiser and I really didn't know how many children are poor. It surprised me to find out that this many children poor and it hurts my heart that they sometimes go without food or clothes, the things they need on a daily basis. i read this article I hope many of you read on this subject and realize while we sit in our nice homes and eat great meals that we can make a difference in one child's life by helping out a child that needs us.
